Pina ColadaThen, this is the smoothie for you! This smoothie is completely raw with 13g of hemp protein. There is no added sugar besides the natural sweetness of the pineapple and coconut. I also threw in a little mangosteen to boost antioxidant intake. Mangosteen is anti-viral, anti-tumor, anti-cancer, and anti-lots-of-really-good-things. We need this in our life….enough said.

Piña Colada Protein Smoothie

1 cup frozen pineapple, cubed
2 tbsp coconut butter, raw organic
3 tbsp hemp hearts, raw organic
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened or homemade
1/4 tsp raw mangosteen powder
1/2 cup water or to taste

Blend all ingredients and add ice if desired. Enjoy!
